What is the Facilitator Track?

The Facilitator Track is an exclusive program designed for individuals who wish to incorporate the RoundTables approach into their own professional endeavors. This comprehensive track offers two distinct advantages:

1. Deeper Insight and Expertise: Gain an in-depth understanding of the RoundTables program, including the underlying rationale and various techniques we employ, such as Managerial Challenge and Friendly Consulting.

  2. ​Hands-On Application: Receive support and guidance to design and implement your own applications of the RoundTables approach in your workplace or academic setting.

What Does the Facilitator Track Include?

• Pre-Program Workshop: Kickstart your journey with a dedicated workshop on Sunday, April 14th, before the main program begins.

•  In-Depth Seminar: Engage in a seminar during the program week to further enhance your facilitation skills.

•  Post-Program Webinar: Join a post-program webinar at a convenient time to accommodate participants from various time zones.

• Full Program Participation: Immerse yourself in the entire RoundTables program, alongside our team and other participants.

Membership of the Facilitator Track is open to:

• Graduates of previous RoundTables programs seeking to apply this transformative approach in their workplaces.

• Experienced Organizational Development (OD) practitioners looking to expand their skill set.

• Faculty members from business schools interested in incorporating RoundTables into their curriculum.
